By accessing and using the services provided by scolythagz B.V. ("we," "our," "us"), including our website at scolythagz.top and our spa facilities located at Stationsweg 158, 1013 ZC Amsterdam, Netherlands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Service Description

scolythagz provides spa and wellness services including but not limited to:

• Therapeutic massage treatments
• Facial treatments and skincare services
• Body treatments and wellness therapies
• Wellness lounge and relaxation facilities
• Consultation and personalised wellness programs

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We are closed on weekends unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service fee.

Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account. Gift certificates and promotional offers may have specific terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. All prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotional pricing or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Health and Safety Requirements

Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services based on health and safety considerations.

Clients are responsible for informing us of any changes in their health status. We maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.

scolythagz shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by discontinuing use of our services. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
